1.Our Guarantee to You

At Milanear and our associated brands –  we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

2.Returns Policy :

-Purchase can be returned AFTER goods are delivered within 30 days.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses. 
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return
-Final sale/Clearance item(s)/Gifts are not eligible for return
-Please contact Milanear Customer Team to obtain a Return Authorization via mail.  We cannot accept any returned merchandise without a Return Authorization.Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.

3.How to Make Your Return

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@milanear.com to get a return/exchange authorization and address.

Step 2: Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return from our customer service.

About The Refund Time

We are always trying our best to make our customers satisfied and we are always here. You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days, and it may take longer in weekend or holiday. After we issued the refund, you will receive an email from us of reminding you to check it out. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

About Refund

1.If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).

2.If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the Refund’s amount, from the Original Cost of the items. Should you wish to check how much is the amount of the items after the discounts, you may go to order a query or go through this.

3.Shipping fee is excluded from the refund.

Return Fees: Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and taxes. We recommend you use a carrier with tracking capability such as FedEx or UPS. Milanear is not responsible for merchandise which is lost or stolen in transit.

Return Status: Please confirm via your delivery courier that we have received your returned merchandise.
